Homes England will not be building out the development. Construction will be undertaken by the appointed development partner. We have not yet set all the developer selection criteria but developers will be asked to confirm commitments on Employment and Skills and this will form part of the developer assessment process. Delivery of such commitments, contained within an agreed Employment and Skills Plan (under the building lease), will then be regularly monitored by Homes England.
