The development is designed as a no-through route for vehicles, but with pedestrian and cycle links to offer both residents of the new development and existing local residents quicker, shorter routes for active travel.

Principles for provision of parking within development parcels will be set out in the Design Code, which will form part of the outline planning permission, and will be followed through by the selected developer under the reserved matters application.

Bristol City Council has a maximum parking policy which we’ll have to comply with.

The detailed design of plots, including parking arrangements, will be picked up at the reserved matters stage.
