There are many factors that affect house prices in a local area. As such, it is not possible to predict how prices might change once a development has been built.
We have been in touch and have had it confirmed that all the local schools, colleges and nurseries, have capacity and would benefit from the development.
Your two local GP practices (on Wick Road) are above average in Bristol for their GP to patient ratio. Birchwood was listed last year as one of the best GP surgeries in the City. We do know that they are looking to invest in their practices.
As part of the consultation process we are seeking to identify these and how to mitigate them. As above, we know schools have capacity but GPs are looking to expand.
